Connecting mothers with perinatal mental health resources, community, and support to help you feel like yourself again post-baby.
Here at Mom/Me Be Well, I will meet you at any stage you are at in your motherhood journey. With options for both individual and group therapy, this is a space for you to feel validated, supported, and equipped with tools and strategies to help you navigate the normal highs and lows of motherhood.
Mom/Me Be Well Support Groups
Motherhood is hard and no one should have to walk the path alone! Moms support groups are our jam here, and are utilized to help moms remember that they are not alone in their experiences or their journey.
Whether you are a first or fifth-time mom, all are welcome! Groups are held virtually so moms from anywhere in the state of CT can join. Babies in arms are always welcome. Come feeling hopeful that you will leave feeling empowered and seen!
Please note that moms groups are for community support and connection. As such, these programs are self-pay only and not covered by insurance.
Group Support Made with Moms in Mind

One hour a week for 8 weeks
First-time mom or mom of 5, all are welcome!
All moms groups are an 8-week commitment to allow for a strong connection to be developed between all members. Groups are self-pay only at a rate of $45 per one-hour session ($360 total for the 8 weeks).
Individual Therapy
We offer a 1:1 service where you will meet virtually with Melissa for one hour a week to work through all the challenges and struggles you are currently facing in your role as a mom, and build your own toolbox of mental health support skills.
Individual Therapy is best for:
Moms & Soon-To-Be Moms
Whether you just found out you’re expecting, or you’re in your postpartum period, 1:1 therapy is perfect for you.
Moms feeling overwhelmed or struggling with postpartum mental health issues
If you think you may be experiencing PPA or PPD, or the mental load just feels like too much, 1:1 therapy is a great place to start.
Moms who want more support but aren’t ready for a group setting.
If you’re interested in meeting with other moms in a similar stage of motherhood but don’t feel quite ready for that, 1:1 therapy is a good place to start.
Looking for 1:1 support but not interested in ongoing therapy?
Schedule a 60-minute call with Melissa, whether you’re expecting a baby or in postpartum, to come up with a care plan that works for you, get you access to resources in your area, and leave you feeling confident to reach within for support should you need to. Please note that these support calls are not considered therapy or counseling. As such, these programs are self-pay only and not covered by insurance.
